Yosemite Falls, Yosemite National Park, California
Yosemite Falls is one of the tallest waterfalls in the world, at a total height of 2,425 feet. Yosemite Falls is made up of three separate falls, Upper Yosemite Falls, Lower Yosemite Falls, and the middle cascades. In spring, snowmelt swells the falls and can create still reflections in the Merced River in Yosemite Valley and the thundering of Yosemite Falls can be heard throughout the valley.
